Match the color of the voice you wish to adjust and then move the corresponding slider from 0-127.

Master Volume is controlled by the White slider.

The Master Reverb Slider controls the amount of reverb applied to the master mix. For a drier mix move it more to the left and wetter, to the right.

Effects can be applied to individual channels using the Effect Selector and sliders.
